Northwest Neighbors Village is a network of doers, helpers, connectors and advocates that value the role of older adults in the community.  Please fill out our online volunteer application if you are interested. 

How Can I Help?
  • Provide Transporation for errands and medical apppointments
  • Help with computer and electronic problems
  • Sort bills, mail and organize tax documents
  • Help with shopping needs
  • Watch pets, plants and mail when homeowners are away
  • Relieve those caring full-time for an aging spouse
  • Make friendly visits and phone calls
  • Assist with NNV social events and fundraisers

Volunteer Requirements:
We welcome individuals of all backgrounds, ages and abilities.  Each applicant will be interviewed to discuss availability and specific skills.  All volunteers must pass a criminal background check and must attend a training session that focusses on best practices and ways to assist our members.
